Charles and Margaret are posing for the painting Potter is making for Mildred. Charles starts to go on about BJ and his talking incessantly about Erin's potty training.
Potter asks him if HE had a problem with wetting the bed, and Charles gets upset and acts offended, and calls Sherm "Colonel Potty" LOL!!!!

BJ does have a tendency to go on a bit and Charles had obviously heard a lot about potty training, no wonder he mistakingly said Col Potty instead of Potter.

Oh, I know BJ does... I love at the end when Hawkeye goes to sit next to Charles and cranks up the music, and the look that passes between the two, lol.

The look on Charles' face when he's telling Margaret and Potter about "Beej, Peg and the little wet one" is priceless!

Apparantely they showed GFA over here one afternoon but I knew nothing about it so I was a bit miffed.
I know I'm off topic so I'll get back to it.
I thought Potter's painting of the group was quite good although he had BJ and Hawkeye taller than Charles.

I always have to fast-forward that (seemingly) endless scene where Hawkeye is wandering round his new home, talking to himself. I want to yell "okay, okay, we got the point!" after the first half-minute! Logically though (and I know that logic doesn't often apply when the scripts get written), Charles is the one who is always longing to be by himself. Once Hawkeye moved back to the Swamp, it would have made sense for Charles to try to rent the room instead. He'd have loved it!

The scene that I didn't like from that episode is the one where Hawkeye is dancing around the room singing 'Me and My Shadow'. I don't know why I dislike it so much.
It would have made sense for Charles to rent the hut but then they didn't think about that.

Any scene where Hawkeye/Alda is hogging the spotlight and hamming it up that badly just begs to be disliked! If Charles had had the room, he'd have just put on a record and settled down with a good book; or maybe listened to a taped letter from home. He wouldn't have made all that fuss!
