There were some C/M moments in this episode.
Margaret was forever complimenting Charles and the 'Yoga' scene. I remember that when I first watched this (back in 2002), I thought that Margaret and Charles would end up being together. I kept waiting for her to turn around and kiss him.

Which one is this? It's not the one with the Indian, British and Swedish visitors, is it?

No. That's 'UN, The Night and The Music' from Season 11 this one was in Season 6.

It's been a while since I watched this one. I remember there was the scene near the end where Charles' cuff 'accidentally' got caught in Margaret's cardigan or something and they got very close while they disentangled themselves. What was the 'yoga' thing though?

Just before he got his sleeve caught in her Major insignia she did some strange yoga pose with the line "I love Yoga". She sort of leans forward standing on one leg and reaches her arm out in front of her. Her shirt falls off slighly and Charles reaches across her to help her put it back on again. Thats when his sleeve gets caught.
I was taking screen caps from it today.

Wow, those are two rather intimate positions, aren't they?
I think it's begging for a "Missing Scenes" fic. How 'bout it all you other fanfic writers? T&E challenge?
whoo hoo!!
I'll do one eventually I think, sooner if y'all wanna do one each, compare notes after.
I've got three WIPs to finish and ideas for some cool (non-MASH) fics in my wee brain.

Sounds like a good idea. I thought about doing a new fan fiction but then couldn't think of any ideas.
Glad you liked the pics. I enjoyed watching this scene about 6 times getting the right moment. I ended up with 20 different variations but most of them were dreadful.

Okay, just rewatched this in response to 1niner's post in the 'fanfics' section, wondering what CM moments were in this. Well, lots! To set the scene, it's the episode where a bunch of British soldiers arrive, who've been given tea to comfort them after being wounded; BJ has a patient who's addicted to morphine; and the camp runs out of penicillin so Mulcahy and Klinger go to find some.
At the beginning, as Charles is tending to one of the wounded, Margaret is kneeling next to him, and tells the soldier: "Major Winchester was one of the finest surgeons in Boston. In the States, you couldn't afford to have him even look at you!" Then, in OR, she drools: "What hands! If I were on the operating table, I wouldn't want anyone but you to touch me." and when Hawkeye, BJ and Potter keep telling Charles he's too slow ('cos this is still early days and he's still getting the hang of the meatball surgery), Margaret yells: "Will y'all get off his back!"
Near the end of the ep, the two of them leave the hospital building together. Charles is talking about music, and mentions Wagner's 'Ring des Nibelungen', and Margaret replies: "I think I saw that! With Ethel Merman!" "That... must have been interesting," says Charles, and asks how she copes with the cultural famine around there. That's when she starts the yoga demo, wobbles, and Charles leans over to steady her. (see CGs screen grabs on the website) His cuff gets caught in the clusters on her jacket collar, and she gets nervous because of how it looks. Charles - "This is hardly a passionate embrace." Margaret - "It's NOT an embrace!" Charles - "I believe I just said that." Just as they disentangle themselves, Klinger and Mulcahy arrive with the penicillin.

Hmmm, all I can do is keep going back to "but she's MARRIED!" I know I may write some rather adult fanfic--at times (didn't want newbies to think that's ALL I do!), but I personally favor strict monogamy and faithfulness, and I just couldn't picture a missing scene for this one. Now, like I said elsewhere, maybe AFTER the divorce, if he or she wanted to refer back to "Hey, you wanna practice yoga??" that'd work!

I personally favor strict monogamy and faithfulness... I think we can assume Charles feels the same way, given what he said to Margaret in the ep where he was looking for somewhere to sleep (sorry, title escapes me) - "One: you're married, and two: I'm exhausted!"

Ohhh, CG, you are the master of the screen caps . Thanks for putting them up. When I first saw this episode, I, too, thought that C & M would end up together. There was some definite chemistry between the two of them -- one thing I can't say for H & M.

OMG, I HATE the Hallmark channel!!
THEY CUT THAT SCENE!!!
They went from Klinger and Mulcahy getting the medicine from under the bell, to returning to the camp after sunset. Charles and Margaret are standing in the compound, and M's looking very flustered and jumps like she's been caught, and Charles is holding the sweater (jumper to you Brits). So they cut the entire inside yoga scene!
This is also the network that cut the kissing scene from "Mr and Mrs Who"!!! Grrrrrrrrrr!!!
