Sooni really got on my nerves in this episode. All she wanted to do was eat and she was always complaining. I felt sorry for Charles when she dumped him.
I liked this episode because we got to see a lot of Charles and there were some lovely shots of his eyes.

I always thought Sooni was funny. I did feel bad for Charles though. He was constantly embarrassed throughout the episode. The one thing I did like about the episode was the fact that Charles (sort of) admitted that he needed someone.

It's quite a clever episode though, in the way that both Charles' relationship with Sooni, and Klinger's relationship with Debbie, turn the standard male/female roles around. Klinger talks about settling down and having a family, which scares Debbie off; and Charles wants a romance with hearts, flowers and music, while Sooni just wants to eat and - er - do more of what they presumably did the first night they met. I love the promo still of David and the girl who played Sooni, which is on the DOS website: davidogdenstiers.com/media/photos/mash_charles_smiling.htm

I don't often visit the DOS website as it doesn't seem to be updated much but I'd not seen that picture before. Just a thought here, am I the only person that prefers Charles when he's not smiling

Yellow, I'd take Charles any way. I think he's yummy when he's miserable, giddy, scheming, etc. Doesn't really matter to me .

Just watched this ep! Thought Charles looked lovely in it...there were some good close ups (*drools*). Not keen on Sooni....what woman would want to carry on eating while Charles read poetry to them! Just insane! Loved the scenes with Klinger too...really sweet that he wanted a lasting relationship, but Debbie didn't.

Sooni was a fool to finish with Charles. I'm sure there are lots of women that would love to have a man read poetry to them on a date.
