I think that's the ep title, the one with a very young Patrick Swayze finding out he's got leukemia, and the Cardinal making a visit to the unit.
I love the scene in the Officers Club, when Mulcahy goes in, hoping to deter everyone from their debauchery, and he goes to the table that has Potter and Winchester getting drunk together.
First off, I thought that was cool, that they were just hanging out like buddies. I recall a post on the board about whether Potter and Charles were ever really buddies, or just CO and second-in-command, and I think this, and the one with the tauntine (sp?), are two good examples of the connection between the two.
Second off, I thought it was cool the way Charles responded to Potter suddenly changing the punchline of the nasty joke he was telling, once he spotted Mulcahy behind Charles.
Charles pipes up and says, "That ain't the way *I* heard it!"
It surprised me that he said it that way, as proper as Charles always tries to be.

yeah, you're right, that's very un-Charles-like. Darn it now I'll just have to force myself to watch that again, so i can remind myself of the exact circumstances... ;D

Don'tcha love it when he's so human. I think it's neat that he "lowers" himself, funny too

This little scene also proves that Charles likes a dirty joke as much as the next man - so much so in this case that he's prepared to listen to it a second time! ;D
