I've seen this in the shops meaning that European fans can now complete their collections.

I've only just bought Season 10 so I won't be able to buy this quite yet.
My husband has limited the amount I spend on DVD's and the price of the Season 10 boxset on top of two Disney DVD's exceeded my limit.
Perhaps next month.

This is going to kill me (not literally) having to wait until the R1 release of this. I wish I hadn't have been so impatient earlier on in the releases because my impatience is the reason I now have to wait.

I think all my videos of M*A*S*H have all worn out but I'm really reluctant to throw them away.
I've now got the whole 11 seasons on DVD plus the GFA set and I was so annoyed when they bought out the Martini's And Medicine set that I delayed my purchase of Season 11 for a while. In the end I couldn't do without the screen caps and decided to purchase Season 11.
I was glad when they decided to release the GFA set because it meant that the fans that had collected the sets individually could get hold of the extras without paying the huge amount just to have all the episodes again.

If I decide to get the extras it is nice that I won't have to buy the whole thing all over again. Are the episodes the same or have they added extra scenes to them? I had read somewhere that they added deleted scenes to the different episodes.

On all of the DVD's it's the full versions of each episode. Sometimes the TV networks cut scenes from episodes which can be quite annoying but with the DVD's now available fans can get the unedited version.
