Since this spans many episodes, as we all know, and some of us LOVE to write fanfic with these two, I thought this would be a logical place for little anecdotes and scenes we see between the two.
For those who don't know what "ship" means in this regard, it's for RELATIONship or FRIENDship. Well, in C&M's case, it's a relationship. Someone who likes this ship is called a C&M shipper, among other things. (Eg, I'm a C&M shipper on MASH and a Jack/Sam shipper on SG-1.)
So, any way, I noticed something yesterday...and this is a rather (ahem) adult insinuation, so don't read if you think it'll offend....
When Charles is in Margaret's quarters reading that racey scene from "The Rooster Crowed At Midnight", when Margaret realizes they're both getting rather hot and bothered and she tells C. maybe he should leave, look how he gets up from the chair and leaves.
He QUICKLY gets up and kind of rolls out of the chair, and turns away from her, keeping his back to her the entire time. Um...what's he hiding from her?
LOL, food for thought... like someone ( I think Kay) pointed out, he'd already READ that scene, so he knew what it contained, that it was rather racey. Heh.
But, alas, she was married at the time, so I doubt there'll be a missing scene between the two for this one. Charles is an honorable kinda guy and he wouldn't cheat with a married woman, I'm sure of that. (Although Margaret cheated often enough with Frank, but that's a different topic.)
