When Charles is giving his lecture, Nurse Kellye puts up her hand to ask a question - and Charles refers to her as "Nurse Kellye Nakahara."
oops.
Kellye Nakahara was the actress's name. The character (tho' I think named after her) was supposed to be plain 'Kellye'.

Maybe they decided to give her some recognition by using her real name in the episode.

On the TV show Emergency! they used the real last names of the actors who portrayed some of the firefighters in the squad.

Mmmm - maybe. Though I'm not convinced - about 2 sentences later Charles addresses her again, this time as "Nurse Kellye". So I think it was probably a mistake.
