OK, I know GMT is -7 hours for me right now, per the official US time website. Is Germany -8 hours then?

I've got no idea where to find this on the 'net. If you're not 100% sure, please don't reply (I appreciate the thought, but if I'm off by one hour I could miss seeing my boy graduate.)
