So many quips to choose from, I know, but do you have a favourite? I LOVE that line from 'Mr & Mrs Who' - "I'm not getting off this cot till the ground stops moving"; and I also like his remark to Hawkeye in 'Bottoms Up' - "Nudist magazines finally taken their toll, eh?"
Others?

Gosh, that's going to make me think.
'I've heard snappeir comebacks from a bowl of Rice Krispies' was quite a good one.
I'll probably think of more as I watch the episodes.

It's not really a quote, but I love the way Charles says "Gentlemen" in that deep and sexy voice of his when he's making an exit from the others....does it for me everytime!!

"What time is it in Iowa?"
Charles: 1882
*********
And the scene that made me love Charles, Part II of Fade Out, Fade In
Hawkeye comes into the Swamp with BJ, and they're talking, and Hawkeye goes, BJ, please! Mozart!
Hawkeye gets in his bunk, feels something, reaches under and pulls out the snake he'd put in Charles' bunk earlier. He screams, tosses it out and glares at Charles.
Charles looks up with a slight smirk on his face and says, "Gentlemen, please! Mozart!"
I know you all know this scene, I just wanted to re-live it, lol! I know I didn't do it verbatim, forgive me in advance.
After that, I thought, YES! He's not just a Frank substitute, this guy has a backbone and won't put up with the other Swamprats' shenanigans! And I've loved Charles from then on. He rules.

"You can cut me off from the civilized world. You can incarcerate me with two moronic cellmates. You can torture me with your thrice daily swill, but you cannot break the spirit of a Winchester" - One of his most memorable quotes.

From "They Call the Wind Korea," in reference to the Swamp:
Be it ever so crumbled, there's no place like home.

I just cannot stop laughing everytime he makes fun of Radar's mother's letter. "Idear!" Lol. Yes, that entire scene is a goodie, right up to where Radar says perhaps he should read the rest himself later, and Charles says "I think that's best".

"What time is it in Iowa?" Charles: 1882 I never understood that joke. Charles is implying that time has stood still in Iowa and they're still living and working as though it was 1882 ;D

I love when Charles first gets there and is in the operating room. He says the line " I do one thing at a time, I do it well, and then I move on." Forgive me if I got the quote wrong.
Also when they get the Mash families together for a reunion and Radar tells Charles when would be a good time for them to come to the Cape of Cod to visit the Winchesters. Charles says "Come anytime, bring your goat, I shan't be there because I am going to turn myself into the Chinese."
