I have 2, Rally Round the Flagg when Flagg discovers the note on the N Koreans pillow, Charles has to explain it to Flagg that it's "a clock......10 o'clock.
And the 2nd is The Party when Charles reads Radars mothers letter, "your Uncle Ed and nee think it's a good idear to attenz the party". LOL !!!

Hmm...I love in "The Grim Reaper" when Klinger leaves the Swamp, crying about Toledo, and Charles comes in just as Klinger's leaving and watches him go, then hilariously deadpans, "Menopause?"
That kills me every time.
I also love in the ep "Bottle Fatigue" when Hawkeye's drying out and he wakes up early in the morning, showered and singing and BJ and Charles are groaning about how cheerful he is. What Charles says is hilarious: "Pierce, you remind me of a dog I once had. He was cheerful in the morning, just like you, so I gave him to a family of immigrant Japanese and they ate him."

I was watching one of my fave funnies a couple of days ago - in the Halloween episode, where Charles is berating the Marine who has the pool ball stuck in his mouth. ("Can you cough for the doctor, please?") ;D
In 'Communication Breakdown', there's that whole scene where Charles has to preserve his modesty with the newspapers and get dressed under the blanket; and that brilliantly funny moment when Potter pulls him out of the jeep by his ear - the difference in height between the two of them is just the finishing touch! ;D

Okay, without looking at anyone else's responses (I didn't want them influencing me), here're three of my favorite, funny Charles moments, not in any particular order:
Fade Out, Fade In: "Gentlemen, please! Mozart!" (After Hawkeye finds the snake in his own bunk, that he'd earlier put into Charles' bunk)
They Call the Wind Korea: "Be it ever so crumbled, there's no place like home." (Refering to the Swamp, after Charles and Klinger spent the night in a terrible tempest, sheltered by an overturned truck, and tending to wounded soldiers.)
Yalu Brick Road (I think that's the one, when the camp has salmonella from bad turkey) "This is the way we wash the sheets...." (After Margaret screeches at him for slacking off, and tells him it's either bedpans or laundry, what'll it be?)

The Halloween one is my favorite out of the two, it just cracks me up when Charles is pretending not to know what is wrong with that private and then his 'Gadzooks' when he sees the pool ball.

Two of my favorite "funny Charles moments" would have to be "That's Show Biz": Dancing a polka with Kellye: Taking in the USO show:

LOL, now that I've posted my three and I'm reading others' responses, all of you bring up some excellent scenes/moments!
And ogie's right, that look on Charles' face in that last pic, jerseygirl, is priceless! Shows what a good actor DOS is, with such expression from a still shot.

Without a doubt the funniest Charles moments for me has to be the whole of Mr and Mrs Who, Communication Breakdown and the moments with the marine in the halloween episode.
You have just answered the question, what is the lowest form of marine life

There are lots of really funny Charles moments and I couldn't possibly single one out.
I loved the way that he led everyone into thinking that someone else was the prankster in An Eye For A Tooth.

I don't know if JerseyGirl has posted about her MASH vids yet over on YouTube, but y'all have to go there; there're at least a couple of goodies she's put up, including the "you can never break the spirit of a Winchester!" speech. www.youtube.com/ Just search on Charles Winchester, I'm sure you'll see it. I found a cool MASH video there, featuring the entire original theme song (lyrics included) and ALL of the MASH characters, beginning with Henry and Trapper. Give it a go too, it's good.

It is hard to pick just one. In a lot of scenes where the others have the funny lines just watch his face. He is always acting. I have to agree the one where he makes cracks about the woman playing the accordian ended on a funny note with he danced the polka with Nurse Kelly.
